Reservations are comfirmed e by payment of 20% of the stay, through our services of money transference, or PayPal method.
The published prices don’t include RentApartmentBuenosAires’s fee. Our fee may change depending on the contract period or existing promotions. The total contract amount, including the RentApartmentBuenosAires’s fee shall be paid in the check in moment.
The tenant must leave a guarantee deposit. This amount would vary in relationship to the stay. This shall be paid in cash in the check in moment with the contract amount. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, before checking that there are no damages in the apartment. In case it could be any damage, the amount will be discount from the warranty deposit, according with the cost of the item. If the amount to be paid would not covered with the deposit’s amount, the tenant must pay the difference in cash in the very moment.
A RentApartmentBuenosAires Staff member, will be waiting for you in the apartment on your arrival just to welcome, sign the contract and give you the keys. In order to provide you a better stay, it would be useful for us to know about your interests, preferences or any other kind of information that you’d like to find at your arrival.
All the apartments we offer have all the property’s services and taxes included in the prices given. (Common Expenses, Taxes, Light, Gas, Telephone, Water and Cable Bills). All of them also provide full furnished and are equipped with full tableware and linens.
For periods longer than a week , the maid service is included.The prices are published by week and month. For information about different periods you shall contact us. The maximum stay shall be of 6 months, according to the Argentine law. (Temporary Rent Argentine’s Legislation). It could be renewed for another period of 6 months.
The apartment shall be returned in the same condition that has been received to a RentaApartmentBuenosAires staff. If an unforeseen event occurred making the reserved apartment not able to be occupied, RentApartmentBuenosAires commits to make all the efforts in order to find another apartment similar to the reserved one.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, for reasons that are exclusive responsibility of the tenant, the money will not be refunded, unless that RentApartmentBuenosAires have been informed with an advance of 30 days. In that case, 80% of the amount paid in concept of reservation minus the costs associated with sending of the money will be refund. The money paid as rent is not refundable, as it would be considered a contract breach.
The contracts have a commencement and an expiration date. It will be considered finished on the expiration date, not being automatically prorogued. If the tenant wants to extend his stay in the rented property, it must be immediately informed to RentApartmentBuenosAires. In that case we will make all the efforts to solve the situation. In any case it will not be considered RentApartmentBuenosAires’s responsibility.

This house is located in the heart of the old and beautiful quarter of San Telmo. San Telmo is one of the two oldest and best preserved barrios of Buenos Aires. The neighbourhood is known for its colonial architecture, cafes/restaurants, tango places and antique shops. Only one block from the house you will find Plaza Dorrego, famous for its antique markets every sunday. Mercado San Telmo from 1897 is situated across the street, where there still is a lively fruit, meat and antique market inside. The building is dated from around 1900 and is built mainly in French style. It was owned by the same Argentinian family until 1989, and was in that period visited by local celebrities and two Argentinian presidents. The walls, doors, ceiling cornices through out the 1st floor are panelled in pure Louis the 16th motifs. Both living rooms with french balconies, have beautiful painted ceilings. Most of the rooms have exquisite crystal chandaliers. On three levels (1st, 2nd and 3rd floor) you are offered 160 sqm indoor and additional 100 sqm terrace (with parilla/barbecue), all totally renovated in 2007 and restored back to its original style. From the terrace on two different levels, there is a magnificent panoramic view over SanTelmo and towards the Mercado. Sitting on the top terrace in the evening watching the sunset, is pure magic. If the weather allows it, you will be welcomed by sparkling wine and fruit on the top terrace.
